Northside Development Company is a privately held Real Estate Development and Management Company located in New Haven, Connecticut. For over 20 years Northside Development has managed, developed, purchased and retained commercial, residential and industrial property. Since 1999 Northside has developed commercial property in Connecticut for local and national retailers including Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Aldi Food Market, TD Banknorth, AutoZone, 7-Eleven, Citifinancial and American Wireless. We are currently working on several development projects, which are in various stages of local approval.

Paul Denz, the Owner of Northside Development Company, has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1986. During that time he has developed and redeveloped over 2,000,000 s.f of commercial and residential property. Paul lives in the Stony Creek area of Branford.
